March 17, 2006 - Our St. Patricks day meal and entertainment was a success. We served 33 pounds of corned beef with no left overs. The entertainment was fantastic, and the place was "hopping". Thanks to all who volunteered to make it a success.

March 5,2006 - District 3 Meeting at Lafayette Post 1771 had a good turnout. We took home the traveling attendance award for Category 3 once again.

The Post has a Chair Lift for those who need help getting down to the Canteen, or up to the restrooms. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of the members of Captain Russell B. Rippetoe AMVETS Post 6.
